Variation Vault is in controlled beta. This placeholder explains the intended data posture before a full privacy policy is published for wider launch.

The app is designed to store trade business records, customer contact details, job details, variation notes, evidence photos, approval events, and proof-pack records needed to operate the approval workflow.

Evidence photos are intended to stay in private storage and be shown through short-lived signed links after the relevant approval or app access check.

Beta testers should use representative or consented customer data only, and should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.
