What you can request
Variation Vault does not yet provide automated deletion or export controls. For launch v1, data requests are handled by support.
- Account deletion.
- Workspace or organisation deletion.
- Customer data deletion, including saved WhatsApp contact details.
- Correction of account, business, customer, job, or proof data.
- Export of account, workspace, customer, job, approval, or proof records.
- Support with data held in uploaded photo evidence or generated proof records.
How to contact us
Email support@variationvault.co with your name, account email, workspace name, and the request you want us to review. If the request is about a customer, job, variation, approval record, photo, or proof record, include enough detail for us to identify the record without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
What happens next
We may need to verify that you are authorised to act for the account or workspace before changing or deleting data. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, dispute handling, or legal reasons.
Deleting a workspace or customer record may also affect job, variation, approval, photo evidence, and proof records connected to that workspace or customer.
